Administrator – Grade D – Adecco – Blackpool

We are looking for a high calibre administrator who can relieve some of that pressure by taking care of some of the accompanying administrative processes and helping to organise the team and their workload.

Examples of some of the types of activity we need are:

Taking clear meeting minutes

Collation of information from different sources with accuracy

Diary management

Checking and prioritising email in-boxes

Researching fittings and equipment

Setting up meetings

Progress monitoring and tracking – creating and maintaining activity trackers, chasing people up and keeping actions on track

Downloading and saving digital files

Transfer of information onto spreadsheets with precise accuracy

Consequently we are looking for someone who has a reasonable level of experience and can operate proactively and with a degree of initiative. They will also need to be well organised, be able to access and recognise key priorities and work well under pressure.
