Service Care Solutions are working with a local authority based in the Fylde area of Lancashire who are recruiting for an Administration Assistant. The role holder will assist with the delivery of high-quality administrative support.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing;
Taking clear meeting minutes
Collation of information from different sources with accuracy
Diary management
Checking and prioritising email in-boxes
Researching fittings and equipment
Setting up meetings
Progress monitoring and tracking – creating and maintaining activity trackers, chasing people up and keeping actions on track
Downloading and saving digital files (e.g. We Transfer)
Transfer of information onto spreadsheets with precise accuracy.
Consequently we are looking for someone who has a reasonable level of experience and can operate proactively and with a degree of initiative. They will also need to be well organised, be able to access and recognise key priorities and work well under pressure.
