Are you an experienced Assistant Branch Manager/Supervisor looking to work for an automotive market leader or ambitious Parts Advisor looking for career progression?
We are currently looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team.
As Assistant Branch Manager your focus will be on supporting the branch manager in maximising sales and achieving targets whilst ensuring first-class service to all our customers.
In doing so you will have shared autonomy with the branch manager within your branch and support from the local management team.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday- working alternate Saturdays (half day)

Essential requirements:
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives
Ability to communicate at all levels
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Experience with using online and windows based cataloguing systems
Ability to lead from the front and create a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales focused with a can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and distinguish between “urgent and important” tasks
Desirable requirements:
Previous experience working in a motor factor or similar distribution chain
Basic HR knowledge (training will be provided where needed)
Staff coaching and development experience
Experience in using sales reporting software (full training will be given)
