Your key responsibilities will include:
You will be supporting our Children in Care and enabling our teenagers and care experienced young people to tackle the ups and downs, move on in life and achieve their full potential..
There is access to what is considered mandatory training. At the current time we are asking all workers to do impact chronology training, and mental capacity training, we also encourage all staff to attend training for other things.
As much as possible our agency workers are treated the same as our permanent staff, they are offered the same level of support to be responsible for a varying caseload including safeguarding cases.
We want all children and families to benefit from high quality and purposeful relationships with professionals. We believe this will help create the best opportunities to empower change.

Must have 2 years of experience as a QSW in a similar team
Must hold UK Driving License
