We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a market leader in the wealth management industry, for a Client Liaison Officer based in Blackpool.

* Permanent

* Monday – Friday (8.30am – 17:00pm)

* £20,000-£22,000 (based on skills & experience)

* Training will be provided for the use of internal systems

Provide liaison service between Wealth Advisor and Operations Centre in Blackpool, third parties and also clients by ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, by demonstrating a proactive approach and taking responsibility to ensure that the resolutions of issues are seen through to the end.

Role Responsibilities

* Amending static data in Avaloq as and when required

* Completing payment requests, internal transfers, through liaison with internal and external parties

* Completing call-backs in line with company procedures regarding static data and payments

* Completing general ISA Administration in line with HMRC procedures

* Ensuring all aspects of CRM issues are complete

* Dealing with e-mail and telephone requests from both internal and external parties

* Providing technical support for Wealth Online to clients, colleagues and intermediaries

* Processing transfers in and out relating to GIA and ISA, requesting valuations, chasing counterparties and completing transfer once received back from Operations

* Completing additional projects as and when required

* Completing general administration tasks, in support of the role including scanning and clearing work trays, in a timely manner
