Deputy Manager RGN/RMN – Tezlom – Blackpool

Are you a Nurse looking at a more senior role, or an experienced Nurse looking for a new challenge?

Tezlom are looking for a *Deputy Manager Nurse* to work in ‘Good’ rated 50 Bedded Nursing and Residential Home with an excellent reputation in Blackpool.

Here you will support an existing and long standing manager as well as liaising with the healthcare team to ensure a consistent and reliable package of care is continued.

This role is days only, split evenly between shift work and office work, so no day is the same.

As mentioned, the home is well staffed and well maintained, however we are looking for a strong leader who can at times step into the management role when needed, to cover annual leave, meetings and sickness etc. So in essence, we are looking for someone that can lead from the front, but also forge strong relationships with the RM, staff and residents.

Experience We Require:

* Qualified Nurse-RGN/RMN/RNLD
* NMC Pin Valid
* Experience in a Senior Nursing Capacity
