The client requires a kind, nurturing and talented individual that is able to provide classroom support to various individuals in the classroom and assist the teacher with a plethora of tasks, learning plans and activities to make the classroom a fun and enjoyable learning experience.
You will be there to support on a 1:1, small group basis, with general classroom duties if the teacher requires it. The role is to promote respect, self esteem and confidence to help the pupils reach their full potential to prepare them for their journey throughout education.

The ideal candidate would be someone with an affinity for helping, caring and creative as they will be helping with various activities and lesson plans in order to create a fun learning environment for the children that requires adaptability. The position will be long term or day to day supply, depending on your availability within the role. We require availability to be from 8:30 – 15:30 in relation to regular school hours, situated within the Fylde Coast area of the North West.
Must have EYTS
Must be an outgoing individual with an ability to engage with pupils to have FUN while learning
Must be able to work collaboratively and competently within a team
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and curriculum
