Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location – Blackpool
Salary – £38K – £45K Basic + Annual bonus, Overtime, Company Pension Scheme
Permanent Position
Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with a highly successful Manufacturer based in Blackpool, who are actively looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their existing team.
The Role
Respond to breakdowns of production machinery swiftly, prioritizing production in accordance with daily plan
Carry out faut finding, repair and maintenance of all production machinery
Understanding and utilization of schematic drawings, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic
Carry out PPM/RM on all production equipment
Adherence to health & Safety, hygiene and current clean room standards
Maintenance and repair of motors, 3 phase and single phase
PLC control and fault finding
What we are looking for
A proactive attitude to troubleshooting issues with equipment and finding working solutions
At least 3 years' experience of reactive and preventative maintenance
Experience in a similar FMCG industry/environment
Excellent communications skills
Engineering qualification in either electrical / mechanical
