What you will be responsible for
Managing properties for all our customers in a proactive manner ensuring compliance with business standards and client SLA’s.
Liaising with customers and dealing with them in line with our customer service standards and in a fair and transparent manner.
Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards and performance.
Liaising with external parties to obtain information, documentation and progress the property down the required route in line with business standards and customer service level agreements
Analysing and querying information provided by third parties
Providing reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals.
Recommending solutions to problems and communicate these is a timely and professional manner.
Responding to emails/written communications within required time frames, ensuring all written communication is clear, concise and grammatically accurate.
Ensuring I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.
What you need to bring to the role
Excellent communications skills – Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form, using appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
Excellent organisational skills in order to ensure workloads are processed & results achieved in a quality, timely and cost-effective way
Customer focused to deliver outstanding customer service by exceeding expectations
Ability to think outside the box to quickly address and resolve any problems
Ability to pick up and assimilate relevant information quickly and easily and learn new tasks rapidly
Ability to question, check and evaluate information provided paying attention to detail
Computer Literate within all Microsoft Packages
Grade A – C GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent

Basic salary structure up to £23,000 dependent on experience, along with a discretionary bonus scheme
You will be working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm in an office environment
