*Tezlom* are looking for a *Registered Night Nurse (RNLD/RNMH) *to join a well established Independent Hospital based in *Blackpool.*
The Hospital provides locked rehabilitation, habitation and treatment to up to 21 men living with complex and enduring mental health conditions.
*Shifts include: 42 Hours Per Week- 12 hour shifts (3 on 3 off) DAYS*
*INDPERM*
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse as you will be supporting the patients journey and progression through the hospitals care pathway, provide clinical leadership to both staff and patients and act as a role model for the delivery of care and ensure that all staff are performing to required standards.
*Responsibilities: *
* Ensure effective and adequate individual assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and oversee the named nurse role for your identified patients
* Ensuring well-being of residents physical, emotional and social needs are met
* Delivering clinical guidance to the care team
* Liaise with health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of individual residents to maintain a holistic approach to their care
* Undertake nursing tasks including, distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation and managing of chronic medical conditions
*Requirements: *
* *You must have a genuine passion for taking care of people and making a real difference.*
* *We are looking for someone who has a valid NMC pin and nurse qualification.*
* *Experience in mental health issues, possess experience in being a named nurse, writing care plans and risk management plans and for preceptorship nurses willing to undertake the preceptorship package offered.*
