Our client, a global and continually expanding market leader within the Financial Services and Insurance industry is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Retentions Advisor to complement their friendly team on a permanent basis:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Make outbound B2B telephone calls and create a sales pipeline
Carry out a fact-finding call with all new clients
Issue and chase any outstanding LOA's
Answer inbound calls in a professional manner
Building relationships to retain customers
Respond to emails both internal and external
Work towards and achieve targets
Daily use of all in-house CRM systems
Provide excellent customer service
To be successful in this role you will have a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner along with overcoming and handling objections.
