Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a SITE MANAGER for a well-established company in BLACKPOOL.
About You:
High work ethic & team player.
Punctual & reliable.
You must have a valid SMSTS
A valid CSCS card is required
A valid first aid certificate
You require a valid fire Marshall ticket
You MUST have experience working on commercial refurbishments
About the role:
£220-260 per day
Monday to Friday (8 hours a day)
Overseeing a multi-level refurbishment of a large office
Maintain health and safety on site
Manage trades and labour to ensure quality and efficiency of work
Long term project for the right candidate
START: ASAP
