*Static Fabric Technician – £25,000 – Blackpool *

*Shift: Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm*

*Salary: £25,000*

*Location: Blackpool *

An excellent opportunity to work in Blackpool, has arisen with one of the UK’s largest property management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers, and they will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

*Duties & Responsibilities: *

· Carry out general building repair and maintenance

· Repairing of windows and doors

· Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture

· Basic plumbing and small leak repairs

· Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles

· To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards

· Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards
