Salary: Up to £22k + Annual Company Bonus
Hours of work as a Technical Support Advisor : 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
About the Technical Support Advisor role:
Provide Technical support through calls and emails to end users and engineers/electricians
Maintain and increase product knowledge
Log issues and resolutions
Assist with product testing
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Attention to detail
Working to targets and deadlines
