The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer in Engineering to join our busy team based at our award winning facilities at Lancashire Energy HQ on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
You will be an industry specialist with previous experience of delivering apprenticeship standards and assessment and will join part of a team to drive forward our apprenticeship programmes working in partnership with local employers.

No Teaching Qualification?
Teaching in further education is unique. If you’ve got industry experience and a passion for sharing your skills you could be a great further education teacher. If you have real-world industry experience, you already have what it takes to teach in further education (FE). Plus, you don’t always need teaching experience or an academic degree to get started.
